What is NDIS?
In 2013, the Australian Government established the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) to fund the costs associated with having a disability. The scheme is set out to provide greater opportunity and certainty to people with all forms of disabilities, as well as early intervention support for children with developmental delay.
What is NDIS Support Coordination?
Support Coordination is a funded service that allows you to find and connect with service providers, like Integrity Care, that work to help eligible participants fulfil their goals, exercise their rights and increase their potential. At Integrity Care, we help you understand how the NDIS works, your rights and how to make the most out of the supports in your NDIS plan.
